Tax

We must collect tax on all orders placed in South Carolina. International orders are shipped as merchandise. Any VAT taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Mama Gert’s Fabric is not responsible for those cost/fees.

Shipping & Return Policies

Mama Gert’s Fabric values you and your business! We care about the condition your Fabric is in when cutting it, and when you receive your shipment. Should you find your fabric has a flaw / has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@mamagertsfabric.com . We will gladly work to make it right!

Please note: Fabric that has been cut, washed/altered in any way will not be accepted for return. If you have questions about your fabric purchase, please contact contact@mamagertsfabric.com

If agreed that you should return fabric for any reason, you should have it enroute within 15 days of the agreement. This allows you time to mail, and still allows fair time for Mama Gert’s Fabric to replace the item or refund if necessary.

All orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders to US addresses ship in a USPS padded flat rate envelope at $8.80. If it will not fit in stated envelope, we will be in touch to discuss how it will ship and the cost for the shipping.
